Once you have 8 blaze rods get out of the nether by using the obsidian you got from the piglins. Once in the overworld turn your blaze rods into blaze powder and combine it with the ender pearls to make 16 eyes of ender.
(You may be wonder why you got 24 ender pearls, well you can get around quicker with them). Throw a eye of ender and keep following it until it goes down in the ground. Dig down into the stronghold and find the portal room.
Fill in the portal with the eyes of ender and go to the end. Once in the end use the bed tactic to kill the ender dragon.
